What is the subband length between gold nanoparticles?

I have made a pentacene Field Effect Transistor, in that I have deposited the gold nano particles on an active layer. If I want to know the tunneling current, first of all I have to know the sub-band length of gold nanoparticles. Can anybody tell me what is the sub-band length?
