Will be attempting to pass some parasites in vivo (suseptible mice) and was wondering what is considered acceptable in the field.

It is better to to give different doses according to weight of mices until prove the good induction of disese.
The cecal amebiasis was induced in some literatures by the injection of 3.0×105 troph/mL of E. histolytica parasite directly into the rat’s caecum.
