What is the standard method to select the Multiple sequence alignment (MSA) gene order to concatenate in multi locus molecular phylogeny?

Eg: 1. Some suggest to concatenate from the least variable MSA to the most variable MSA.

2. Some suggest to concatenate from the MSA with the most available sequences to the least available sequences.

(what if the least variable MSA is having most of the missing data?)
