After using this kit, I forgot to put it back at -20°C during the weekend. Thus I was wondering if I can use it or if I have to order a new one.

Dear Quentin,
This kind of kits are unstable at room temperature and when exposed to air or/and light. Generally they are shipped with dry ice and should be stored at -20 C. The difference between -20 C and 25 C is 45 degrees. It is estimated that a change of 10 degrees increase the degradation rate by at least two-fold, thus, it is expected that most of the kit material underwent degradation.

I suggest to purchase a new kit.
