Currently trials made have oil separating out beyond 4 months of storage at 30C.

Dear Sir,

I think you need to work on finding the most suitable emulsifier for your enriched peanut butter. Separation occur after 4 months because your peanut butter emulsion is not stable enough therefore you need to have good emulsifier for the system you are working on.
