Hi everyone,

Basophils are bone marrow-derived immune cells, that contribute to the inflammatory bowel disease. Here I want to ask, how Basophils are selectively recruited into the mice colon ? what is the specific antigen or signal that can specifically active/recruit the Basophils, while does not recruit mast cells in the colon?

Thanks!

Xin
