The contact farming is really future of agriculture in India because skewed/ narrowing landholding size with fragmentation will not remain economical cultivation by an individual. moreover, marketing for small production with inferior quality again problem for small holders. whereas, contract farming can be developed and income generating, employment creating and poverty elimination proposition in developing world particularly for India. Therefore, we should go for contact farming which can be developed specialized agriculture in future.
