I have the data on the DBH and the age of the trees. The farmers provided the ages, and some of them are not related to the reality of the DBH. Is there any scientific method that I can use to remove some ages that I can consider false data or outliers? Methodology: I can use DBH and ages to screen some data.

Since DBH of a tree is clearly related to age, there should be data elsewhere that will point you to the reasonable limits of that relationship. Plantation studies should tell you that a given DBH of a species in a similar environment indicates an age between x and y years. Bring several studies into play if you can to prove your assessment thoroughly. Apply this to your data and exclude examples that lie outside the x y range.
