As we know, cyber activism is not a homogenous trend, as it covers a multitude of actions undertaken by social movements, nongovernmental organizations and individual entities.
I know it is difficult to measure the results of actions realized by cyber activists in a literal sense, f. ex. present them in detailed percentage bars. What concerns cyber activists, the most important issue is that the initiative has to reach the awareness of the recipient and has to make him think.
Do you think that actions undertaken by cyber activists weaken the position occupied by elites within the public space?
