What is the Santa Cruz small hairpin vector backbone?

I tried to find information regarding the vector backbone of the Santa Cruz small hairpin vectors but until now without success. Is it a l'antiviral expression system or what is the promoter in this things? I supposes they sell also the l'antiviral particles, it might be some promoter less Lenti expression construct? Can I use the non-coding sh from Sigma as a proper negative control?
