I am working on a research focused on several Hypertension proteins (Specifically RAAS pathway). In order to perform a computational study, I plan to observe the protein structural changes with respect to the change in pressure. I need to know whether the proteins are really disturbed by the altered blood pressure or not? Is that possible? Kindly provide your valuable inputs and suggestions.

Direct effects of pressure on the structure and function of proteins require extremely high pressures on the orders of thousands of atmospheres or more. Theoretical studies of the effects of high pressures on protein structure could be carried out using molecular dynamics simulations.
In contrast, in the intact mammalian organism, there could be changes in expression of certain proteins associated with the relatively small changes in blood pressure seen in hypertension or hypotension.
You could get more information by carrying out literature searches pertaining to these different scenarios.
I really do not think any structural changes of protein even due to blood pressure. The latter may cause changes in interaction of protein with other molecules at the most.

Protein interaction network might be affected by changes in pressure@Subhash C. Juneja. I agree with that, non-covalent interactions are heavily affected when we are applying high pressure. If so, there will be a structural change in any one of the interacting protein. Usually, the BP regulation is depend on various protein networks and signalling. I will start searching literature based on your answers.
