I'm wondering in the two topics of stakeholder management and CBR.
In any system or tool or analysis or anything, users/stakeholder are always the key players. Even in CBR the process of verification and validation takes place with user(s).
I'm wondering the opposite, how CBR can aid in the management of stakeholders?
Hi Heba. CBR can be more effectively applied if you can share with us the issue/s related to stakeholders management. If any lead case to be related it would be more useful. For example if it is within a study on customer acceptance on new product promotion, cases on selected product range or group are very relevant to be retrieved and applied, and to propose a solution/s for practical action.
I believe as a start convincing the stakeholders about the importance of the use of CBR and new technologies. Issues maybe like the retrieval of old cases to match the new ones. Say for example in an organization you start building the case library with the usage of DB technology for storing and indexing. But still the problem maybe that stakeholders may not be fully certain of what they are looking for.
