by UV-radiation, electrons are excited from the valence band into the band of conductivity. The density of states within the bands increases with temperature. Therefore I believe that the absorption increases by an power law as observed.

Do you mean that the UV-vis absorption wavelength is increased as a function of temperature?

Or the UV-vis absorption wavelength of QDs syntesised at elevated temperatures increases according to the temperature at which they are synthesised?

The latter one.

Ok, in that case you need to check whether they are the same size (DLS, NTA, SEM), if they are, then their crystallinity may vary (X-ray), or maybe the surface may be different (Zeta Potential)

Or there could be a combination of all of the above.
