Vitamin D status is inversely associated with breast cancer risk. There are studies that examine the association between vitamin d deficiency or low levels of vitamin d and the risk of breast cancer. I cite you below three of these studies.

I agree with with Xenophon and Michaela - low levels of vit D are inversely correlated with breast cancer incidence and tumor size. More than that, the risk of breast cancer mortality decrease with vit D increament.. In a ongoing study with founded a higher BC frequency in women with vit D levels < 20 ng/ml and a negative linear correlation between vit D levels and CA 15.3.
