Although it has been proved that the acidity of PEDOT:PSS makes the low band-gap perovskite unstable and many papers note that the energy band alignment of low band-gap perovskite and PEDOT:PSS is not ultimately suitable, still the vast majority of research reports using it as HTL. Is there any reason for this and why other HTLs such as PTAA are not used for Sn-based perovskite?
