I obtained the thin film using spin-coating method by using sparingly soluble solvents like( THF, DMF) having the rpm 1500 for 60 sec.
Generally, the shift of the peaks in XRD can be attributed to:
1- The change of the d-spacing of the investigated system, this may attributed to many reasons including the effect of dopant, strain, surface (for nanomaterials
How the effect of the dopant and strain attributed to change of d spacing in the investigated system?
