I'm Synthesizing Polyaniline (PANI) (emeraldine Salt). by reacting ammonium persulphate with aniline hydrochloride and at temp. 0-5 °C . but it ends up with emeraldine salt with black color instead of green or deep green why??? , what is this means ? And how could i change the color of the salt to green???

The likely reason is that your salt is composed of a mixture of blue permigraniline salt and green emeraldine salt.
Considering that permigraniline salt is highly oxidized with heavily salt-doped backbones, I believe that electrochemically reducing your product could recover its green color. If your sample is or can be loaded onto some electrically conductive substrates, you can try applying 0 V for several minutes to check if the color can change.
