What is the reaction mechanism for the form of nanocomposite films?

I need some literature on the synthesis mechanism of nanocomposite films which are used a wound dressing films.

How the films are formed...? What is the reaction mechanism taking place between polymers and nanoparticles(Metal oxides/ZnO)..? How is the drying takes place..?

I am unable to find literature, I would be grateful if anybody could share.
