i want to extract sea anemone carotenoids. but i dont know what ratio of solvent i should to extract freez dryed sea anemone sample.

It doesn't matter the amount of the solvent ratio .the important thing is nature of the solvent to extract your sample.because you will remove it from your sample under vacumn .
