What is the QF factor that should be reached to consider as successful for the preparation of whispering gallery in TiO2?

We deposit TiO2 thin films, possibly doped, with an refractive index about 2.2, that are etched by reactive ion etching to obtain whispering gallery structures. We would like to know what is the state of the art in terms of QF factors for this kind of structures. Thank you very much in advance,
