Good morning everyone.
I'm currently working on the primary culture of chicken embryo liver cells and I want to use collagenase to get the cells. do you know the right isolation procedure?
thanks.
Hi
Maybe the following book and protocol can be helpful for you:
https://www.mc.vanderbilt.edu/root/pdfs/mclaughlin_lab/primary_cell_culture_handbook.pdf
http://web.uconn.edu/poultry/NE-127/NewFiles/cell%20culture_inset.html
thank you mr Mohammad Malekan
Now I'm working with cell line,
have you ever worked with suspension cells like MDCC-MSB1 cell line?
or immunostaining in PK-15 cell line?
