I would download WEPP windows, describe the soil properties as best I could, as well as well as the slope profile and the climate. Ask for the Water File, run WEPP and look at the water file. It will give the soil water content for every day of the run. For an advanced analysis, use the WEPP 7777 or 7778 soil file format which was developed specifically to estimate preferential subsurface flow.
