I have a distorted model to a prototype.
Dimensional scale for thickness is not same as other geometrical dimensions.
I found that there is procedure to use distorted model to predict the prototype.
I searched in many papers and books about this issue but I did not find clear general procedure for this case.

There is no general solution for distorted models, depends on the dimensionless numbers that is taking into account.
If, for example, a model based on Froude number (very common in coastal hydraulic models) it is simple and known.
You have to specify better so as to provide relevant opinions.

Really the scale factor for all of your dimensions (including thickness) should be the
same. If it is not, then it depends on whither your thickness is important. E.g. if you are looking a flow through a pipe, then the thickness of the pipe in the model is not
important (provided the model wall and the prototype wall are both thick enough that they do not deform due to pressure changes).
Dimensional analysis is a significant approach to deals with the many variables by switching them to dimensionless groups. This will safe effort in the experimental work as well. Please refer to the attached file, it could be useful. Good luck.
