I don't think so. Say bigbang theory is true. Math came later. Discrete numbers were created before math was made. But if God(s) is a mathematician, ....i don't know.

An opposed philosophical view is that numbers don't really exist and that talk of numbers reduces to talk about numerical symbols which then ultimately reduces to talk about chalk marks, inkmarks, or noises in the air. Such positions respectively align with views as to whether mathematics is a matter of discovery or of invention.
