What is the optimum concentration of BSA for biotinylation antibody-gold nanoparticles in passive lateral flow techniques?

I am biotinylating a monoclonal antibody and then labeling biotinylated antibodies with gold nanoparticles (40 nm). And I will add BSA when I conjugate biotinylated antibodies with gold nanoparticles.

My question is the optimum concentration of BSA?

The BSA is used for blocking the redundant combinate site of the gold nanoparticles? In this case, 0.1% BSA in buffer solution is suitable.
