What is the optimal treatment time and concentration for 3MA, Chloroquine and Rapamycin in 3t3l1 cells?

I need to check autophagy expression in 3t3l1 cells with inhibitors and activators from Day 0 (pre adipocytes) to Day 8 (post adipocytes), so can anyone recommend a concentration and how long I should treat 3MA, Chloroquine, and Rapamycin in cells for autophagy block and activation?
