What is the optimal perfusion rate flow for postnatal rats ?

Hi everybody,

I need to perfuse rats at different developmental stages but I don't know what is the best perfusion rate flow (ml/min) for P3, P9, P30 rats.

Does anyone have an adapted protocol for each of these timepoints ? It is very important for me to control rate flow as best I can since I will assess the cerebral vascular network by immunofluorescence technique.
