Hi All,

I am trying to purify an endogenous protein from Hela Cells Nuclear Extract.

My questions are:

- At what cell density I should harvest the cells?

- What is the optimal cell density for Hela suspension culture maintanence?

- Any tips for growing large Hela cell cultures ?
