Hello, I am doing heat induced antigen retrieval for fixed frozen sections (mouse bones). Sometimes I need to stop for the day following ag retrieval. I was wondering if is okay to store slides in refrigerator overnight after heat induced antigen retrieval, if I need to stop for the day?
