Is it possible to bring out them by immunohistochemistry? if so what monoclonal antibodies to use !

You could try staining for p27 (Kip1) - it is an inhibitor of cell cycle progression. Another idea might be to stain for Ki67, so you can see where the more proliferative tumor regions are and get a general idea where to look for quiescent cells.
