I have expressed my views of healthy nutrition as follows
'' Healthy nutrition has its roots from family ties which makes a regular practice when the children go from their age to the adolescent.With this human beings are known thru cast ,& religious practice & it is the respective cast for which they have formed the practice as per their trend .
However every human beings everyday one should drink juice,fruits , Oats Bread & Butter & such crated items which may be applicable to the body .
Emotional nutrition means, constantly giving you a positive mindset and keeping yourself away from negativity. It means to give yourself the self esteem you need, a lot of laughter and a clean mind away from stress and anxiety. Stress, anxiety can really pull down a person, they can generate unnecessary stress and make a person feel low and depressed.
