Recentrly, fungal infections cause an increase of morbidity and mortality in hospitalized patients and in immunocompromised persons. What are the most recent recommendations and guidelines for the control and prevention of nosocomial fungal infections.

Nosocomial infections caused by the predominant nosocomial fungal pathogens include Candida spp., Aspergillus spp., Fusarium spp., and other molds, including Scedosporium spp. These infections are difficult to diagnose and cause high morbidity and mortality despite antifungal therapy.

There is, unfortunately, no specific way to stop hospital infection and spread, but the use of preventive measures and epidemiological surveillance on a continuous basis may reduce up to 25% to 30% of this infection. Handwashing remains the most effective method of reducing infection among patients, Effective training and taking precautions in the control of hospital infection and isolation of infected patients to reduce the spread of infection among them are helpful factors.

They are type of fungal infection that are gotten from hospital environment e.g Travellers diarrhoea common in children, infant diarrhoea, wound infection.
They are difficult to treat.

E Coli, Staph Aureus , Pseudomonas, Klebsiella, Salmonella bacteria@@ will spontaneously accelerate. Certainly in Russia, Japan, they are well aware - many papers. But UK? Cable shielding for magnetism is made in Germany, USA and used by US DoD and industry. But Hospitals ????
