What is the most efficient method to isolate total RNA from cryopreserved buck semen?

there are several methods for isolating total RNA from any sample such as using Guanidinium isothiocyanate (TRIzol), by using commercial RNA purification or isolation kit. I want to know the most efficient method out of these to isolate good quality RNA from cryopreserved buck semen. thank you in advance.

The best method is the Organic extraction method, because this method is considered the gold standard for RNA preparation.
