What is the miniumum amount of Triton-X 100 needed to lyse viral membrane proteins?

We are wondering what is the minimum amount of Triton X-100 to include in our lysis buffer. Is 0.05% sufficient? We are trying to lyse Sars-cov-2 to have access to its spike protein.
