We conducted experiments to assess the toxicity of plant extracts against certain insect pests. We used three levels of concentration, i.e., 5, 7.5, and 10%, and a control treatment (0%).
So, overall there are only four treatments/levels. Is it possible or is it scientifically/statistically ok if we calculate the LC50?

I would also like to know your N numbers and number of replicates. Also what solvent your plant extracts are in. Was your control done using 10% of the volume of the solvent used to make your extract?
If all 3 of your treatment doses fall within the 15-85% mortality range then yes you could get an LC50. Although having 5 doses and 3 replicates within that range is standard practice.

The number of test insects in each replicate is 20 individuals. And each concentration was replicated 20 times.
We used ethanolic extracts. An alliquot of each of the pure extracts (assumed as 100%) was taken and diluted with aquades to obtain the desired concentrations.
