Dear Mustafa Al_Azzawi,

Thanks for your kind information. I try to synthesis the BNA material and confirmed through powder X-Ray diffraction. There is no additional peaks are present in that XRD. I subjected that material to TG/DTA studies, But for my material i got strong peak and broad peak at 95.36 C. how to conclude the reason for this variation.

The strong peak at 95.36ᵒC is due to the first stage of decomposition and at the end, may be the residue or carbon compounds or metal oxide will remain.
