Recently i observed some incomplete form of growth hillocks on the crystal surface. Need valuable reasons. Find the attachment of the observed figure.

Different parameters can play important role to crystal structure, such as temperature, Solvent, Time and so.
There fore I think from these parameter all played this role to your work.

Dear Sir,
The attached images (in question) is observed from my solution grown organic single crystal. I plan to etch the crystal surface by using toluene, we observed this kind of growth hillioks. The time duration is 60 secs.
