It is believed that experience is a wonderful thing. It enables us to recognize a mistake when we make it again. The use of primary method or principle of the method in analytical measurement per se does not guarantee a reliable or metrologically traceable result. It has been now well recognized that the quality of measurement result is of highest importance and depends on the realization of the method (strict adherence to the number of steps) into practice.
