What is the meaning of digit written beneath each individual within a pedigree showing genetic linkage?

Hello o everyone

There are orders of numbers within a bar beneath each individual of a pedigree representing genetic linkage. Those numbers are corresponding to specific DNA markers. For example 4, 3, 3, 2. Its is marked with a red circle in the attached figure. I need to know its meaning and interpretation.
