It ranges from few minutes to 1 hour. It entirely depends on the composition of composition of nanoparticles.

Now coming to your question, how we can increase it without microadhesion. So in this case go for lipid or lipophilic nanoemulsion, micelle, or nanoparticles. This will delay its washing-away by aqueous tears film.
