UV Spectrophotometric method had been used by various researchers as a tool for evaluation biological samples but some discrepancies were found in their research articles. It is very typical to say that their result was accurate. I am only asking about those articles that I have accessed freely, there is a possibility of sample error.

As far as I could understand your statement, UV spectrophotometer could be used to assay the concentration of particular substance in biological sample. Then these concentrations have to be used to calculate pharmacokinetic parameters either manually or using PK software programme by applying suitable model.
