I`m trying to figure out what could be the lowest intensity of the conditioning stimulus (CS) to obtain interhemispheric inhibition phenomenon (IHI) using double coils paradigm: in the literature I found as a lowest example 105% of AMT (Hanajima et al., 2011) (which I assume should be around of 80-90% of RMT), but all other the studies I was checking were using suprathreshold intensities of CS and, moreover, in at least one study (De Gennaro et al., 2004) it was reported no IHI in case of 80% RMT CS comparing with 120% CS.

Could anybody who has an experience with IHI paradigm help me? Thank you a lot in advance!
