In case of Ti based ceramics, how the existence of superstructure reflection like antiphase title reflection and antiparallel displacement of the A-site cations influenced (degrade and/or enhance) the dielectric constant, quality factor, temperature coefficient of resonant frequency, and the tolerance factor. How we can correlate the microwave dielectric parameters with these superstructure reflection?
