It is possible to find polar nanoregions (PNRs) using powder sample for TEM analysis. Can someone share , some useful documents and/or papers related with the TEM view of polar nanoregions (PNRs).
Here is an article with the results of HAADF imaging that is able to record polar nanoclusters, stable in time.
Thanks, Halyna Volkova
I sintered my sample at 1300 °C in air. Now I want to anneal the sample. Can someone give me some basic step required for annealing process?
