Can anybody know about the mode of the peak at 151.24 Cm-1 in Raman Spectra of SrTiO3?

In the Raman spectra of doped SrTiO3, a strong peak appears at 151.24cm-1 who intensity increased with doping. However, there is no such peak for pure SrTiO3 ceramics. The peak slightly shifted from 151.24cm-1 to 144.46cm-1 with further doping. Can anyone know the mode of this peak like TO2,TO3 etc. Secondly why the peak shifted with doping?

What is your dopant? What is the dopant level? and How are you carrying out the doping process?

Just check, it could also be because of dopant incorporation or because of the substrate. or because of solvent if at all any solvent is involved during the doping process.
