Is it necessary to keep subject under monochromatic light or sodium vapour lamp if administered with mesalamine? what will be impact on sabject safety or study data if blood sample collection is done under normal light?

Hi, The light will affect the active in the formulation but will not affect the subject once the formulation has been administered. The light has an effect on the bulk api chemically. Light effects should be considered while storing the general api or its formulation. Administration can be done in any conditions.
