Education greatly influences health literacy and outcomes, as individuals with higher education levels(At least being able to read and write), understanding the importance of making healthier lifestyle choices, eg. eating healthy, managing stress, running, managing chronic conditions more effectively etc.. They generally have better access to healthcare resources as they are likely to earn more as well leading to improved health and overall longer life expectancy. On the flip side, lower education levels often correlate with poorer health outcomes and limited access to care. Enhancing education and health literacy can empower individuals to make informed health decisions, reduce health disparities, and improve overall public health.
Education level only imparts the information about the health which may not be required in situations and in most of the time it may be forgotten because truly it was need after some time in the course of their life. But education level brings an impact on better health outcome towards positive side ex. preventive therapy, immunisation practices, better quality of life , early detection of Non communicable diseases .
