I supposed for best resolution (or may be more uniform injection) i need to reduce flow rate (in position inject) because the viscosity of my sample (bioconjugate) is higher than the buffer solution

Ususally i use work flow rate 2,5-2,7 ml/min for column XK 50/100

i agree that changing flow rate (i checked 5 ml/ min and 2,5 ml/min ) does not greatly affect on separation
