Dear Mohammed RASHEED, please be careful when dealing with this topic – in several ways:
1.) Note that in the literature one can find various modifications of the fundamental model types (based on one, two, or even more diodes). Note also that all these equations are only simplified mathematical expressions that do not represent any actual solar cell. Altogether, there is nothing "final" here.
2.) Note that in Simón Roa's Ref. [1] (the review paper by Humada et al.), only equations are given, but no discussion of the physics of each model (just on how to extract the parameters); however, if you want to learn something about your device, you need to know about the deeper physical meaning of the model.
3.) The relevant physics of all these models is an equivalent circuit of a solar cell. This is anything but a trivial topic, as you can see from my own work (Article Fundamental Aspects Concerning the Validity of the Standard ...
): The series resistance of a solar cell isn't a fixed quantity but depends on the operating point of the solar cell. Moreover, it isn't trivial that there is a single parameter for the effective series resistance at all (

).
4.) The comparison with measurements presented in Roa's Ref. [1] is related to data of a module, despite the mathematical models referring to single cells (but I'm not sure about the latter); also, the measured data are not used directly but interpreted by a one/two diode(s) model -> The conclusions presented in [1] are doubtful.
5.) Roa's Ref. [2] refers to PV modules, but you asked about equations for a single solar cell.
6.) My general recommendation: PVCDROM (e.g., https://www.pveducation.org/pvcdrom/characterisation/double-diode-model).
Thank you very much for these useful references, please I need the final equations directly that used for the single and double diode solar cell in order to do the numerical analysis methods to calculate the physical parameters of solar cell, [single diode with shunt and series resistances, and two diodes without and with these resistances]. The final equations please
sure I saw it before, but I need the final equation after putting the value of J =0 , to do the numerical methods with the comparison between them could you help me with this to do many papers together if you want, could you send me your number in WhatsApp to be in touch in order to explain to you exactly what I need?
