I have calculated the crystallite size from my XRD data by using Debye Scherre's approximation. Is it necessary to calculate the percent error?
Fikadu Takele Geldasa There is no such thing as the Debye-Scherrer formula. Take a search on ResearchGate.
As suggested in the previous reply, a lot of discussion is available on Research gate with helpful suggestions on crystallite size determination.
It is good to consider all the diffraction peaks in your X-ray diffraction pattern. Please find the following references will be useful to you, in which they discuss in detail.

It's Scherrer equation only and erroneous to call it Debye-Scherrer as mentioned by Alan F Rawle. Please see following article for detail:
